Beeswax is an all-natural substance produced by bees with a myriad of uses; ideal for candle making, soap making and other DIY products. Packaged in plastic wraps, the packaging of beeswax is often non-biodegradable, thus impacting the earth that we humans and bees exist in. This interactive packaging symbolises the abode of bees – their honeycomb. The outer shell of the packaging mimics a bee, with wings as a handle and a string at the top to resemble feelers. With the colors of yellow, black and hues of orange, the design features a collapsible centre that splits into three sections.
